Be reached anywhere in the USA & Canada with your own unique toll free number.  We can order vanity numbers (subject to availability and a $35 ordering charge) or assign you a number from our existing stock.

With our Fax 2 E-email service you get a dedicated fax telephone number and automatically receive your faxes in your e-mail inbox.  There is no need for a fax machine.  You can specify one address or multiple addresses to be used for delivery.

Use our hosted conferencing service which includes a local number from the city of your choice.  Callers connect to your "main" number, are prompted to enter a code, and then enter the conference room and can interact with everyone else on the call.  Please note that the 4¢/minute rate applies to each caller who connects (e.g. 10 callers connected for 10 minutes = $4.00).

Local numbers allow you to maintain a presence in any of our 7,000 rate centres across North America.  For example, you could have a number in New York City, and your customers in that area could call the number locally, without incurring long-distance charges.  This is an ideal feature for businesses that advertise in many different areas.

Easy Office Phone can provide you with an international virtual number for a low monthly flat rate. All international dids include free incoming calls (no per minute charges) which can be forwarded directly to your automated attendant or to a specific extension within your hosted pbx system.
